Our Community
Our community deserves the best-crafted coffee and a place where everyone feels welcome.
One of the things I cherish most is listening to the stories of every customer who walks throughour doors. From Fort Riley to Vilseck, this journey has always been about more than coffee. It isabout connection, kindness, and showing up for one another.
I have seen firsthand how powerful a simple cup of coffee can be. In our community, people
often give coffee to others, not because they have to, but because they care. They understand
that one small cup can brighten someone’s day, lift a spirit, and remind someone they are not
alone.
With the support of my husband Joe Kendall and our incredible community, we were able to
help 30 families provide gifts for their children. It was a beautiful reminder that when people
come together, even small acts can make a lasting impact. We could not have done it without
the love and support of those around us.
Now here in Vilseck, Germany, we hope to continue that same spirit. Military families know the
importance of community, of caring for each other and creating a sense of home wherever we
are.
Our goal is to bring people closer together, one cup, one story, and one act of kindness at a
time.

Our Brew Journey
Joe’s Coffee began with something simple, a love for coffee that slowly grew into something much deeper.
Our journey started in South Korea, where coffee is part of everyday life. It is more than just a drink. It brings comfort, connection, and a moment of peace in a busy day. During our time
there, especially through the challenges of COVID, I discovered how powerful those small moments could be.
What began as a simple habit of collecting cups from a coffee shop soon became something
meaningful. Each cup came with a free coffee coupon, and before long, we had hundreds. At
the same time, my husband’s soldiers were confined to base, feeling isolated and far from
home. So we decided to share those cups of coffee with them.
It was a small gesture, but the impact was unforgettable. Smiles returned, spirits were lifted, and
for a moment, they felt seen and cared for. That was when I realized coffee is not just coffee. It
is comfort, connection, and a simple way to show love.
Life eventually led me into the corporate world, and somewhere along the way, I lost touch with
that passion. When the branch I worked at closed, it felt like more than just an ending. It felt like
a calling to return to what I truly love.
So we followed our hearts.
What started as a dream became a mission to create a space where every cup is made with
care, every bean is thoughtfully chosen, and every person who walks in feels welcome.
At Joe’s Coffee, we believe in more than just great coffee. We believe in shared moments,
meaningful conversations, and the simple joy of being together.
